TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 – Glory of Jordan Travel & Tours
Your contract will be with Glory of Jordan Company, it's an authorized travel agent in Jordan (No: 222883) also it's a member of:
A. Jordan Society of Tourism & Travel Agents (JSTA)
B. International association ASTA
2 - TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS
A. Complete your inquiry and send it to us.
(We recommend you to have a look through our package on our website first).
B. Our team will send you a suggested proposal in accordance to your request as soon as possible and stay in touch with you to modify the itinerary according to your needs and desire.
C. After you verify and finalize all the details concerning the reservation, you will must confirm that we book the services agreed upon.
D. You will be required to make a deposit (30%) of the total amount, and the remaining amount upon your arrival at the airport.
(Bank transfers should be free of any transfer fees)
E. For further clarification, you can call our team at any time.
3 - PAYMENT POLICY (groups only)
Travelling in groups: You should make a deposit to confirm your reservation, and the remaining amount needs to be paid within 30 days before your arrival date. Alternately you can pay the remaining amount on arrival at the airport.
If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, payment must be paid in full over a single installment.
4 - METHOD OF PAYMENT:
There are two methods available:
- By sending us a photo of both sides of your visa or master cards, a valid passport pic of the credit card holder and an authorization letter to collect the amount of your trip.
- By sending a wire transfer to our bank account.

5 - REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICEY:
Please see table below if you must cancel your trip to Jordan for any reason. Cancellations are to be in writing (you must send an email to our company).
If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer. Note: in the case of refund, you have to deduct 6% of the banking transactions.

D | Within 6 days from date of arrival | No Refund |
Please note that all cancellations fees must be sent to the local agency |

6 - RESPONSIBILITY AND INSURANCE:
Our responsibility is only to serve as we agreed. Glory of Jordan is not responsible for the following:
7 - COMPLAINS AND CLAIMS:
Clients would receive all contact details of Glory of Jordan team prior to arriving to the destination, if you are not satisfied with certain services, please contact us directly or through your guide/driver to attend to your request as soon as possible.
We would like to inform you that Glory of Jordan is not responsible for any claim after your departure.
Our responsibility is only to serve as we agreed. Glory of Jordan is not responsible for the following:
- Loss of personal effects (passport, tickets, luggage, phones, laptops, etc.)
- Damage to any personal effects (As previous point)
- Accidents
- Injuries
- Death
- Risks concerning from air, sea or land
- Diseases
- Fires
- Natural disasters
- Theft
