Day 02: Amman – Iraq El Amir – Royal Automobile Museum – City Tour – Amman
Meet your driver / guide at the hotel in the morning to go and spend a full day of visits in Amman. You will began with Iraq El Amir visit and The Royal Automobile Museum, then continue to discover the history of the Capital of Jordan with interesting activities.

Iraq El Amir:
The area is generally known for Qasr Al-Abd (Palace of the Slave), an impressive and unique building which dates from the first quarter of the second century BC.
During the Greek Macedonian occupation, Iraq El-Amir was known as Tyros. The area has many springs, and famous for its olive trees as well as other forest trees.
Also you will visit Iraq El Amir's Ladies Association, which is managed by members composed of girls from Iraq El-Amir area. There are many women from the villages that do a lot of craft professions and product that are hand-made such as:
- Weaving rugs
- Paper-making
- Soap products
- Porcelain and ceramics
- Exhibition for all products
- Cooking class; you can help prepare what you eat with the local women
The Royal Automobile Museum:
It’s depicts the history of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, from the early 1920s until the present day. The featured cars highlight the life of his Majesty the late King Hussein and his reign, as well as the many aspects of his leadership.
Amman City Tour:
It is the capital and most populated city of Jordan. It is a blend of ancient and modern architecture that was originally built on seven hills over the citadel.
It is located on one of the tallest hills giving it a splendid view of the old city.
Amman is a fascinating city of contrast - a unique blend of old and new, ideally situated on a hilly area between the desert and the fertile Jordan valley.
You will start your tour from the city center - the oldest part of Amman which is crowned by the citadel with a charming panoramic view of the whole city. You can also see the ancient ruins of the Hercules’ temple which dates back to (161-120), the Byzantine church, the Omayyad palace and the fascinating archaeological museum - it includes an amazing collection of Jordan's antiquities.
At the foot of the Citadel there's is the Roman Theater built in the 2nd century, which is still used for cultural events till now.
Finally, go through Abdoun, the contemporary area that has some of the best modern architecture.

Day 03: Amman – Jerash with a local guide – Dead Sea
Meet your driver / guide at the hotel in the morning, transfer to visit Jerash one of the "Decapolis cities” and then continue to the Dead Sea.

It's without doubt one of the most beautiful Roman cities preserved in the Near East, the city of 1000 pillars. After Petra, Jerash is the second largest tourist destination in Jordan. The ancient city of Jerash can proudly situate the beginning of its occupation by men to more than 6500 years. Conquered by General Pompey in the year 63 BC, it passed under Roman control and became one of the ten great Roman cities composing the Confederation of Decapolis. Our local guide will introduce you to his colonnades, temples, theaters, churches, cardo-maxims and other monuments.
The Dead Sea:
it has an extensive historical and spiritual legacy. Its surface and shores are 430.5 meters below sea level the Earth's lowest elevation on land. It is the lowest point on earth located 60 km from Amman. It is believed to be the site of five biblical cities: Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, Zeboiim and Zoar (Bela).
The Dead Sea waters have been known by many for centuries to be the only place in the world where a particular combination of spa benefits exists. Peculiar sun radiation and climatic conditions, enriched oxygen atmosphere, mineral-rich sea salt, thermo-mineral springs, and mineral-rich mud all offer effective medical treatment and therapeutic benefits that attract visitors from all over the world.

Day 04: Dead Sea – Madaba – Mount Nebo – Dana – Petra
Meet your driver / guide at the hotel in the morning, transfer to Petra along The King's Highway, it is the world’s oldest continuously used commutation route. It used to link ancient Bashan, Giliad, and Ammon in the north with Moab, Edom, Paran, and Midian in the south. The Kings’ Highway is first mentioned in the bible by name in Genesis 20:17, when Moses led the Exodus through southern Jordan, also King’s Highway connected Syria with the Gulf of Aqaba by way of what is now Jordan.
On the way to Petra you will visit Madaba, Mount Nebo and Dana Natural Reserve.

The first church in Mount Nebo was built at the end of the 4th century AD and marks its historical importance in the area.
From a platform in front of the church, you can see a bronze memorial of a snake on a cross that symbolizes the serpent raised by Moses in the desert, as well as the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
Mount Nebo offers a fantastic view of the Dead Sea, the West Bank, Jericho, the Jordan River, and on a clear day Bethlehem and Jerusalem.
According to Christian and Islamic beliefs, Moses was buried somewhere in the mountain, although the exact place of burial is not specified.
Madaba:
It is now inhabited by Christians and Muslims a like, an example for religious tolerance between Christians & Muslims in Jordan.
In addition to this it is also known as the location of the "Madaba Map" at St. George Churches, which were built in the 6th century showing depictions of Jerusalem and parts of the Holy Land.
Madaba Folklore Museum:
The Madaba Folklore and Archaeological Museums form one complementary unit. They are both located in the same group of old houses built on ancient mosaic floors. The site was opened in 1978.
The museum is composed of a traditional house and the house is built on Byzantine mosaic floors.
A. These include purely geometric designs, a scene showing two peacocks and two rams surrounding a vessel from which two vine scrolls emanate, and a classical mythological scene depicting a dancing Bacchantes and a nude Satyr.
B. A room measuring 3.58x5.37m, with a mosaic floor decorated with four trees emanating from the corners and meeting a circle in the center containing a human head. The spaces between the trees have the figures of two birds, two rams, two hares, a bull and a lion eating grass together.
C. The ethnographic museum is composed of two halls with displays of gold and silver jewelry, cosmetic items, traditional Jordanian costumes, rugs and other traditional household items.
Dana Village Trail:
Description:
Explore Dana Nature Reserve. Dana offers a vast diversity of landscapes; there are wooded highlands, rocky slopes, sand dunes and stony deserts. You will see a lot of places, walking for 2- 3 h accompanied by a guide.

Day 05: Petra visit with a local guide – Walking up to 10 KM
You will meet your local guide to escort you during the Petra visit, he will stay with around 2 hours.

Petra – The Hidden Rock City:
The giant red mountains and vast mausoleums of a departed race have nothing in common with modern civilization, and ask nothing of it except to be appreciated at their true value - as one of the greatest wonders ever wrought by Nature and Man.
Although much has been written about Petra, nothing really prepares you for this amazing place. It has to be seen to be believed.
Petra the world wonder, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is without a doubt Jordan's most valuable treasure and greatest tourist attraction. It is a vast unique city, carved into the sheer rock face by the Nabataeans, an industrious Arab people who settled here more than 2000 years ago. Their presence turned it into an important junction for the silk, spice and other trade routes that linked China, India and southern Arabia with Egypt, Syria, Greece and Rome.
you will visit the unique "Rose-Red" city of Petra, built by the Arab Nabatean’s who hewed their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and treasury from the desert rock’s sandstone in its’ natural hues of rose and gold.
You will begin the trip on horseback for 700m till the entrance of the impressive narrow gorge (Siq) that leads marvelously to the magical moment. There you can glimpse the Treasury, continue to the street of facades, the Royal Tombs, the Cardo, Temples, Churches and Museums.

Day 06: Petra – Wadi Rum (4x4 Jeep Ride & Camels Ride)

Our team will take you down virtually to unexplored canyons where ancient Thamudic inscriptions and drawings can be seen carved into the rocks, and Nabataean steps can be found leading to higher places. Camel tours are the most stunning way to see the desert. The camels go slowly, and you will feel like a real Bedouin riding the 'ships of the desert' after a few hours in the saddle. Your guide will be on his own camel, and all the camels are tethered together for an orderly and comfortable trip. However, if you are feeling adventurous, you can grab a horse reins and put your inner Bedouin to the test!
